Full Job DescriptionWe are a small, local, and family-owned air conditioning and heating contractor in Mesa. Our company has been in business for 50 years and has received various awards such as the 2022 Best of Mesa in Home Services, 2019 Mesa Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year, and the 2018 BBB Ethics Award. We recently were recognized as the only HVAC contractor in the nation to become a Certified Autism Center with IBCCES.
We are looking for an ethical, reliable, and experienced service technician to join our team! We offer a unique pay structure that allows you to control your earnings (apply to learn more!).
**WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING A $4,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!** Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Diagnose and repair issues on all HVAC equipment types for mobile homes, residential homes, and light commercial
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Dispatch and invoice in the field on your company provided iPad
- Routinely inspect and maintain vehicle inventory, cleanliness, and maintenance on company provided vehicle
- Part of on-call rotation (about one week/weekend a month)
Requirements:
- Must be EPA certified and have at least 3 to 5 years of HVAC service technician experience in the field (NATE certification is a bonus, but not required).
- Installation knowledge a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of different equipment types and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with DESCO a plus but not required.
- Availability to work late occasionally.
- Be a team player that demonstrates responsibility.
- Appropriate diagnostic and service work tools.
- Professional appearance with outstanding customer service skills.
- MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
- MUST PASS A DRUG TEST & BACKGROUND CHECK.
