Train, support, coach HVAC team members to provide amazing customer service experiences Drive service and installation sales teams to exceed budget Manage HVAC schedule and allocation of resources in day-to-day operations Participate in selection of HVAC team members Establish and maintain ethical selling and professional installation practices Quality control and inspection of HVAC jobs Handling customer satisfaction requests What YOU will bring:
Minimum of 5+ years of HVAC Leadership experience Valid drivers' license Pass background check and drug test applicable per law Who WE Are:

Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan Engage with customers/clients to inform them of issues, solutions and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance You must have these things: 1-year experience as an HVAC Service Technician Valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
