WHAT YOU GET: PAY & BENEFITS The expected pay for this position ranges from $60,000 and up based on performance. It's not uncommon for our Service Managers to earn an average of $100,000, reflecting the potential for growth and success within our organization. YOUR ROLE You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any warranty-related issues efficiently. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and training new employees, as well as organizing and coordinating the efforts of our service technicians and team members. Your role will also involve making important decisions regarding the equipment provided to customers and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will maintain staffing levels and monitor employee performance, providing feedback and support where necessary. As a skilled multitasker, you will be able to effectively prioritize tasks and delegate work as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to manage a budget and approve labor and material quotes for clients, demonstrating your ability to think strategically and make informed financial decisions. Working closely with other departments, particularly our office staff, you will coordinate efforts to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
