A long-standing Mechanical Contractor with a reputation for excellence is seeking a motivated, highly driven, customer focused HVAC Service Coordinator that is able to be in involved in the labor management for service technicians. This is a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment where you will be an intricate component of our growing service business.

Qualifications for HVAC Service Coordinator position:
* Exceptional customer service experience and problem-solving skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness and ability to learn new processes, dispatch software systems, and mechanical service business quickly
* Prioritization and management of multiple tasks under pressure
* Dependable, accurate, and detailed-oriented
* Be a self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates needs
* Strong phone and active listening skills
* Past experience with mechanical company or dispatch experience preferred.
* Work well in a fast-paced environment
* Intermediate skills with MS Office Products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
* Ability to work independently and cohesively.
