Responsibilities
• Perform service repairs, equipment maintenance, and replacements 24/7• Make quality repairs in a timely manner• Maintain equipment to the highest standards• Build trusting relationships with clients• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R units• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components• Travel to job sites and maintain schedule• Work nights or weekends for emergency needs• Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and electronics• Document services and parts electronically
Requirements
• High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent• 2+ years of recent HVAC/R Technician field experience• Must live within 30 miles of position location• Valid driver's license• EPA Certificate• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans• Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills• Basic computer skills• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays
