Responsibilities
• Provide the highest level of technical ability, quality, value, and integrity to customers• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration units for commercial customers• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components• Travel to job sites and maintain schedule• Be available for emergency service needs• Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and electronics• Document services and parts provided electronically• Diagnose service issues and recommend solutions• Participate in company-provided training• Identify potential opportunities for additional business
Requirements
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent• 2+ years of recent HVAC/R Technician field experience• Must live within 30 miles of position location• Valid driver's license• EPA Certificate• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans• Knowledge of advanced air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills• Basic computer skills• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays
