HVAC Project Manager
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position that will require in excess of 40 hours per week.
Summary/Objective
:
Provide field management oversight of residential HVAC Installations to meet quality standards, to meet customer expectations, and completion within the job cost budget.
Essential Functions:
Evaluate and continually improve the systems and processes used for project management to effectively meet customer requirements and profitability goals.
Review the overall contractual requirements for all projects and specific design methodology for individual projects as required.
Ensure schedule requirements are met for all projects. Readily adjust priorities based upon changing customer needs, resource availability, and job requirements.
Interact with the customer to validate expectations are understood and met before, during and after project completion.
Provide oversight for third-party construction firms.
Proactively and systematically communicate challenges, risks, and successes.
Provide stock lists based on site evaluations
Required Skills/Abilities:
Project management skills and managing projects from beginning to final completion
Computer skills (Word, Excel, Office 360, Inventory software)
Experience using CRM software (Service Titan is a plus)
Hands on HVAC Installation experience
Ability to handle escalated customer issues and solve in timely manner

Education or License Requirements:
Plumbing, Sheetmetal or Universal EPA preferred but not required
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Experience managing the output and quality of HVAC Installation Technicians.
