Hvac Lead Installer

Job summary
Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is seeking HVAC Installers to join their team and provide quality work while following codes.Installers will educate customers on product options, remove and replace HVAC equipment, and mentor apprentice and entry-level technicians.

Responsibilities
• Install/replace HVAC equipment• Maintain company vehicle and stock• Travel to job sites and communicate delays to customers• Design duct systems for optimal comfort and efficiency• Engage with customers to uncover potential sales opportunities• Generate customer invoices and process payments• Participate in training opportunities• Coach and mentor apprentices and entry-level installers
Requirements
• 3+ years experience in HVAC with knowledge in refrigeration function and theory• Valid Texas driver's license with clean record• Pass background check and drug screen• EPA Certification• Excellent customer service skills• Working knowledge of city codes• Ability to work independently and efficiently• Ability to crawl in tight spaces and climb ladders• Maintain well-groomed appearance
