Pat Plumbing, Heating, and Air is currently seeking a full-time, Journeyman or Master Licensed, HVAC Lead Install Technician to install new Heating and Air conditioning systems in our customers' homes in Topeka and the surrounding area.

As an HVAC Lead Installer with us, we value the quality of our installations over the quantity of how many we can get done. We allow up to 1.5 days to complete a new HVAC system installation in our customer's homes. We value your personal time by having an on-call environment that ends at 10 pm nightly so you can spend quality time with your loved ones and we only service existing and maintenance agreement customers. Our HVAC Install Teams average 40-50 hrs. per week.

Essential Functions:
Serve the clients of the company by expertly servicing and repairing heating and air conditioning systems and components. Test each system after each service or repair is completed prior to leaving the customer's home to make sure that the system is working properly. Build long-lasting relationships with customers through education and exceptional service. Make sure that the client is 100% happy with all work. Perform a thorough and proper inspection of the customer's system to prevent future breakdowns. Record the age and type of each system component on every single work order to ensure that the correct technician is sent to the right job. Provide customer leads to the Sales Lead Coordinator when identifying a potential need for system additions or replacements. Maintain vehicles that are neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Lead Install Technician Self-motivated and able to take initiative to get things done Enjoy working with others and being on a high functioning team Acceptable driving record and valid license Maintain a strong work ethic and a positive attitude Physical ability to perform the requirements of the position Willingness to grow personally and professionally Journeyman or Master License required Are you looking for more than a job?
