Adhere to work plans, assigned tasks, prioritized work, work schedules, quality control tests and follow on-the job training. If required, document actions by completing records and installation paperwork. Learn the operating principles of HVAC systems, as well as work safety practices and general OSHA standards related to HVAC work. Gain working knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in the installation process of residential and light commercial buildings. Perform daily work duties associated with the trade under direct supervision. Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Effectively communicate with leads, supervisors and co-workers as needed regarding questions, concerns, and problems. Promote Paschal culture in delivering customer service. Maintain accurate accounting of inventory and maintains assigned tools. Keep workplace organized, neat, and clean. Other duties as assigned. Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications: Desire to be part of a winning team Possession of a valid driver's license and good driving record. Possess great mechanical aptitude. Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical instructions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of equipment, tools and methods commonly applied in electrical services Some knowledge of code requirements and safety practices concerning electrical work. Computer knowledge and the ability to apply the necessary software tools, such as time keeping and scheduling.
