QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC APPRENTICE High school diploma or GED equivalent Mechanically inclined Driver's license with a good driving record Maintain schedule flexibility; able to work evenings and weekends Self-motivated to complete tasks within time constraints Own your own hand tools necessary to perform the job right Must be able to work in extreme conditions (ie cold, hot, dirty environment, cramped, on ladders etc). Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. Are you an honest hard worker? Are you a great communicator?
