Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00/hr DOE

Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 2+ years experience in maintenance HVAC Maintenance experience preferred Ability to operate power and hand tools safely Acquire EPA certification within 3 months of entering Maintenance Technician Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills Qualifications desired: Excellent verbal skills Professional phone skills Strong interpersonal skills Energetic personality Well organized and ability to work independently maintenance technician, entry level service technician, hvac jobs, hvac tech, hvac technician, ac technician, duct, A/C, AC, heat, boiler
