Responsibilities
• Provide advice and consultation on recruitment and staffing process• Manage implementation of hiring and placement actions• Process requests for personnel actions and determine allowances• Review and integrate Intelligence Community Applicant Gateway application• Provide product support and sustainment for recruitment products• Provide data on internal and external hiring numbers• Coordinate with hiring team to produce external hiring statistics• Support OHR strategic hiring efforts• Manage records management services and Official Personnel Folder (OPF)• Communicate record management updates and prepare reports
Requirements
• At least 3 years of HR support experience in a DoD or IC customer environment• Experience supporting HR, Leadership and Talent Development, or Compensation & Benefits project teams• Experience in research and analysis for HR projects• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Experience in recommending process improvements• Associate's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources; Bachelor's or Master's preferred
