Job Summary In this position, you will serve as part of the HR team and provide advanced support for HR systems, reporting and staff. You will handle confidential matters, process human resources transactions, conduct new employee orientation, administer and interpret benefits, bargaining agreements and compensation plans, provide data maintenance of human resources tracking and reporting systems, and serve as primary point of contact for internal and external customers.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications One year of experience performing HR functions
Experience must include:
Processing personnel transactions such as position changes, appointments, leaves, separations, etc HR reporting sufficient to create, modify and run electronic reports Benefits administration Preferred Qualifications Experience using SEMA4 Experience using Oracle Business Intelligency Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Experience interpreting personnel laws, rules and administrative procedures Experience administering, interpreting and applying the provisions of collective bargaining Demonstrated evidence of working in, supportibg or with diverse populations Demonstrated ability to identify and address problems with confidentiality, diplomacy and integrity Application Details How to Apply Select "Apply for Job" at the top of this page.
