Responsibilities
• Perform tasks to support the effective and efficient delivery of HR services• Handle data management, benefit administration, electronic file maintenance, compliance, leave and workers' compensation management• Serve as a resource for employees and managers• Assist the Recruitment Specialist with background screening for selected applicants and current employees• Serve as a backup to other HR/People Operations Support as needed
Requirements
• Minimum of an Associates degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field of study; Bachelor's degree preferred• Minimum of 1 (one) year of Human Resources experience required; two (2) years preferred• Experience using HRIS/Payroll systems and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Applications and database management• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Customer service, relationship management, multi-tasking skills, and ability to work independently are required• Some knowledge of state and federal employment law, benefits administration, credentialing• Valid Driver's License required• Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results
