Seeking an internal Human Resource and Payroll SpecialistResponsible for running the daily functions of the HR departmentIncludes onboarding/offboarding, administering pay, benefits, and leave
Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with training and assessments• Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs• Performs routine tasks required to administer HR programs• Handles employment-related inquiries• Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations• Maintains knowledge of trends and best practices in HR• Enters, maintains, and processes information in the payroll system• Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions• Records and processes federal and state payroll tax deposits• Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
