The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluation, training, development, and ensuring HR compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in talent acquisition and a proven ability to build relationships with both internal staff and external candidates.Compensation:Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 Potential for BonusesResponsibilities: Talent Acquisition:• Identify, source, and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including local networking within the industry, online platforms, social media, job boards, and networking events.• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their personnel needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Candidate Screening: • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates against job requirements.• Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Interview Coordination: • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and interviewers.• Provide timely feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders. Job Postings: • Draft and post engaging job descriptions on relevant platforms, ensuring they accurately reflect the company's culture and expectations. Employer Branding: • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's employer brand.• Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and other recruiting-related activities.
