Posting Identification Number 37150 Position Overview The Office of Human Resources is seeking to hire a position to serve as the Office of Human Resources Project Administrator. This position serves as consultant to conceive, develop and implement policies and procedures and to provide support and resources to the programs for human resources project development and work plans; directs and coordinates the design, preparation, and composition of key messaging documentation for the Office of Human Resources, including but not limited to messages to staff, messages to stakeholders, presentations, etc; conducts confidential studies and investigations of problems and issues that affect the Office of Human Resources on regular and sensitive issues; and responds to inquiries and requests from private and public organizations and other state agencies.  
Job Responsibilities Serves as the Office of Human Resources Project Administrator. Serves as consultant to conceive, develop and implement policies and procedures and to provide support and resources to the programs for human resources project development and work plans. Directs and coordinates the design, preparation, and composition of key messaging documentation for the Office of Human Resources, including but not limited to messages to staff, messages to stakeholders, presentations, etc. Conducts confidential studies and investigations of problems and issues that affect the Office of Human Resources on regular and sensitive issues. Responds to inquiries and requests from private and public organizations and other state agencies. Performs other duties as assigned or required which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above. Minimum Qualifications Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college, preferably with courses in business or public administration. Requires prior experience equivalent to three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization. Preferred Qualifications (in priority order) Four (4) years of professional experience analyzing and documenting data for a public or private organization.  Four (4) years of professional experience working with human resources rules, regulations, and procedures.  Four (4) years of professional experience recommending and implementing human resource policies and procedures relative to latest trends and standards. Four (4) years of professional experience thinking independently with strong organizational, interpersonal, problem solving, and leadership skills.  Four (4) years of professional project management experience for a public or private organization, including the development of concepts, strategies, and facilitation.  Four (4) years of professional experience utilizing oral and written communication skills for a public or private organization. Conditions of Employment Requires basic proficiency and software skills with Microsoft Office software including, but not limited to, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentation software. *All conditions of employment listed are incorporated and related to any of the job duties as listed in the job description.
