About the Role:
We are seeking a Human Resources Partner (HRP) to join our expanding team. In this role, you will support a dynamic team of HR Business Partners across five global functions: People & Places, Finance & Growth, Product & Insights, Global Corporate Affairs, and Legal.
As an HRP, you will engage directly with clients, focusing on team engagement, talent processes, people analytics, and coaching. You will thrive in an environment that values both strong deliverables and the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.

With high judgment, strict confidentiality, and strong cognitive and analytical skills, you excel in problem analysis. Your approach is creative and detail-oriented, ensuring agile responses to meet customer needs.
As a Human Resources Partner, You Will:
Collaborate with people managers on performance management processes
Analyze talent data and trends to inform business strategy
Provide consultative support to managers on people matters, leveraging expertise in policies, procedures, and local legislation
Drive people and job-related changes through effective utilization of tools like Workday and Outlook
Generate regular reports to track activity and identify team insights
Conduct exit interviews, facilitate engagement discussions, and offer insights to HRBPs
Support Talent Management processes, developing toolkits and communications to empower managers with talent practices

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
3+ years of human resources generalist experience or a blend of operations and HR
Prior experience working in HR
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong business and HR acumen, with excellent problem-solving skills and judgment
Outstanding communication skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to drive recommendations and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in project management and execution
Strong coaching and consulting abilities
Experience interfacing at all organizational levels
Previous experience working with global tech teams, preferably with 300+ team members
Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
