We are currently seeking a talented Human Resources Partner to enhance our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our Human Resources Business Partners across five global functions: People & Places, Finance & Growth, Product & Insights, Global Corporate Affairs, and Legal.
Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with people managers on performance management from start to finish.
Analyze talent data and trends to influence the business strategy alongside HR Business Partners.
Advise managers on intricate people matters, leveraging your deep knowledge of policies, procedures, and local regulations.
Facilitate job-related changes and process communications through platforms like Workday and Outlook.
Generate regular reports to provide insights and track team activities.
Conduct exit interviews, promote engagement discussions, and offer insights to HR Business Partners.
Support Talent Management initiatives, focusing on developing tools and communications that empower managers with best practices in talent management.

What You Bring
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in human resources generalist roles or a combination of operations and HR.
Preferred Qualifications:
Robust business and HR insight, including problem-solving, high judgment, and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
Effective coaching and consulting capabilities.
Proven ability to interface with all levels of an organization.
Experience in working with global tech teams of 300+ members.
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
