Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that's changing the world one life at a time.
Located in Hurricane and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Human Resources Operations Specialist.
You will uphold and enforce company standards by reviewing team members' work and identifying and solving issues.

What you will do:
Uphold and enforce standards by reviewing team member responsibilities and identifying ways to improve
Review documents, sheets, and other programs to verify work is completed
Provide guidance to help team members improve the quality of their work
Monitor customer service phone calls as needed
Communicate with team members in-person, through email, phones, text, and video chat
Create and maintain positive work relationships
Submit reports as needed

What you must bring:
Experience with Google Workspace

Pay:

$35,000+ annually + Bonuses (Pay based on experience)
Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
