We are currently seeking a Human Resources Operations Manager with a proactive and thoughtful approach to spearhead our HR operational efforts. This role is central to nurturing the foundation of our HR initiatives, ensuring our practices in compensation, benefits, and HR Information Systems (HRIS) are not only efficient but also reflective of our commitment to our team. This position offers a balanced telecommuting schedule, promoting flexibility and work-life harmony.
What You Will Do:
Innovate and implement scalable HR solutions to enhance operations, focusing on areas like benefits administration, HRIS, onboarding, and employee development.
Lead the management of employee data, ensuring security and compliance with company and regulatory standards, and oversee the selection and management of HR process outsourcing partners.
Analyze organizational effectiveness, pinpoint areas for improvement, and steer the development of strategies that align with our business goals.
Employ change management techniques to assist the organization through transitions, maintaining smooth operations.
Offer guidance and mentorship to the HR team, fostering an environment of productivity and positive work culture.
Set and monitor performance goals, providing constructive feedback to encourage growth and development.

What You Bring:
A minimum of six years in human resources, with at least two in a leadership or management role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, organizational development, or a related field.
Ideal Qualifications:
A master's degree or advanced certification in a relevant field is highly regarded.
Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or PMP are beneficial.
