Are you a motivated, detail-oriented HR professional looking to get to another level of your career in Human Resources? WZTV Fox 17is seeking a Human Resources Manager with a vision to be part of a great team! This person will work with hiring managers to fulfill job vacancies, engage with management on employee relations matters and performance review discussions, be responsible for the maintenance of FFC Compliance and EEO reporting and manage the process for leave administration for Station employees.





While no day will be exactly the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in the various HR functional areas (including but not limited to): Manage the onboarding and recruiting process for new hires. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment and tax laws and regulations. Advise and assist local leadership to resolve employee issues; conductive effective, thorough and objective investigations. Ensure accuracy and reliability of HR data. Manage annual performance review process. Process (& problem-solve) the teams' biweekly payroll Administer FMLA, STD, LTD and other leaves of absence.
