Responsibilities
• Develop and revise HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance• Stay current on labor laws and regulations• Consult with managers and site leadership• Conduct objective investigations into policy or legal conflicts• Oversee supervisors' coaching, discipline, and correcting negative behavior• Identify training needs and create training plans• Collaborate with department heads to design and implement training programs• Perform annual wage reviews and analyze roles for compliance• Guide managers in crafting comprehensive compensation packages• Engage in and facilitate interactive processes for accommodations and leaves
Requirements
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills• Ethical mindset• Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution• Familiarity with HR software• 5+ years of experience• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in HR
