Our mission is to improve the lives of our communities' children through access to excellent oral health services and education.Job Description We're looking for a highly driven, organized, and personable human resources manager to play an important role on our team. You'll be responsible for the business administration, coordination, and enforcement of our human resources plans and procedures including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance. OHP's team of paid, licensed dental professionals treat more than 12,000 patients annually. Typical services include exams, x-rays, cleanings, sealants, fluoride varnishes, fillings, and education. OHP operates multiple clinics, a traveling school-based program, and a hospital services partnership for children needing advanced care. Without OHP, most of these children would not have access to dental care.
