We provide care at our dental clinics, in schools, and at hospitals in Green Bay and surrounding areas. Our mission is to improve the lives of our communities' children through access to excellent oral health services and education.Job Description We're looking for a highly driven, organized, and personable human resources manager to play an important role on our team. You'll be responsible for the business administration, coordination, and enforcement of our human resources plans and procedures including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance. If you're a natural leader who's ready to dive in from day one, send in an application.Responsibilities:Advise on key organizational policies, decision-making and strategic planning initiatives including business administration and annual budgetMake sure internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-dateRecruit, interview, onboard, and train qualified candidates who would be assets to our organizationOptimize and enforce personnel policies and proceduresManage human resources programs including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensationQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources management or related majorOver three years of experience in upper-level HR managementExcellent interpersonal skills and communicationHighly organized with an attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skills can think strategically and creativelyEnthusiasm for being a part of the larger mission of helping all kids get the dental care they need to live a healthy lifeAbout Company:Brown County Oral Health Partnership, OHP, is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization providing comprehensive dental services and education to Brown County children from birth to age 19 who are uninsured and with limited resources, or medical assistance without access to a provider. OHP's team of paid, licensed dental professionals treat more than 12,000 patients annually. Typical services include exams, x-rays, cleanings, sealants, fluoride varnishes, fillings, and education. OHP operates multiple clinics, a traveling school-based program, and a hospital services partnership for children needing advanced care. Without OHP, most of these children would not have access to dental care.
