Full-time | 9 am-5 pm M-F | $42,000 annually | Benefits
Located in the city of Enterprise in Southern Utah __________________________________________________________________ This is RedCliff Ascent's mission statement. As our HR Generalist and Office Manager, you will play a vital role in helping us fulfill this mission. RedCliff Ascent is a wilderness therapy program in the Southern Utah high desert that works with teenagers struggling emotional, behavioral, and substance abuse disorders. We use primitive skills, evidence-based experiential and family therapies, and healthy relationships to help our students and their families begin their healing journey. As our HR Manager, you will manage the front office, ensure it runs efficiently and professionally, and be a resource to all departments. You will be the finder, gatekeeper, bar-setter, and culture driver for all of our employees. You will help develop policies and procedures and ensure compliance so that our team can provide the best, most consistent care possible to our students and their families.

The essential functions of the HR Manager include:
Manager: Lead meetings, assist in recruiting, be a part of program leadership team, supervise office workers Quality assurance: Ensure appropriate documentation and record keeping, maintain and update HRIS, conduct audits to ensure compliance with our various accreditations Compensation management: Enter payroll information, maintain documentation related to payroll Employee discipline: Counsel managers in appropriate execution of employee disciplinary action, ensure proper documentation of disciplinary action Administrator : Recruit, screen, and interview candidates, assist in scheduling, assist in managing KPIs, coordinate and facilitate organizational training, assist in licensing and accreditation maintenance Help families heal while sharing your passion for the outdoors.
