What We Are Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
Five years of lead work, supervision, or progressively related experience; OR,
two years of related experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
Desired Attributes:
Strong knowledge of the principles and functions of human resource management including Workday administrative system, budgetary procedures, personnel management and talent acquisition, supervision, and governmental organization.
Demonstrated ability to focus on operational efficiency, conflict resolution, and improving overall business functions and performance.
Demonstrated commitment to promoting a culturally competent and diverse force and work environment.
Proven strategic thinking skill set to ensure alignment of human resources practices with organization strategies, goals, and future needs.
Strong interpersonal, written, communication and presentation skills.
