Human Resources Intern

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES The Human Resources Intern will assist with the following:
Office of VP for Human Resources -Researching best uses of Artificial Intelligence within Human Resources
Office of Employee Relations -Collaborate with VP and Employee Relations on upcoming HR recognition events
-Review and process all unemployment claims
Office of Talent Acquisition -Work with Talent Acquisition department to source candidates via LinkedIn and iCIMS
-Assist with the onboarding of summer hires, which includes handling pre-screening requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS Must be enrolled in a College or University studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Strong Communication Skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Minimum Salary Range USD $20.00/Hr. Maximum Salary Range USD $20.00/Hr.
