Venteon is currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to fill an opening with an established and diversified manufacturing company located in Wixom, Michigan.
Requirements of the HR Generalist Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources is preferred 3+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources including processing payroll and managing benefit programs. Excellent communication, people, written and presentation skills. Collaborator who can work well with other functional groups Prior experience with HRIS and or talent management systems High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Experience with Paycor or UGK is a plus. Plans for and manages the performance review process. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success Review, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments including safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and certifications. Enroll new hire into elected benefits in a timely manner. Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping Serve as point of contact for 401k plan. Will manage employee-related inquiries from employees and supervisors referring complex and sometimes sensitive matters to the appropriate staff. Maintain OSHA logs.
