Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a reputable NW Ohio client.
Responsibilities Assist with benefits and answering questions from employees Recruiting/Working with vendors Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances Facilitates onboarding activities Other duties as assigned Background Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related 1+ years of Human Resources experience (will consider entry level employee with relevant internship) Strong interpersonal skills Problem solving skills Attention to detail and analytically driven About Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS)
