As  Human Resources Generalist you will be responsible for various HR functions aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from recruitment and employee relations to benefits administration and HR compliance.
Duties & Responsibilities Recruitment and staffing Employee relations HR compliance Benefits administration Performance management HR reporting Employee communication Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite HR certification (e.g., SPHR, PHR) ideal Compensation, Benefits, & Perks $80k to $120k+ bonus. 401k, pension plan, and competitive benefits.
