We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives within the organization.
**Duties:**
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
- Support talent management initiatives such as performance management and employee development programs.
- Collaborate with management on change management strategies and organizational development efforts.
- Utilize HR tools like ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Oracle, and Salesforce for efficient HR processes.
- Handle contract management and assist in leveraging social media for recruitment purposes.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in data entry and HR software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience with talent management, change management, and social media recruitment is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $59,327.00 - $62,310.00 per year
