Key Responsibilities: Champion HR initiatives across compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee engagement
Administer policies, training, and surveys to uphold compliance and support organizational strategy
Provide expert coaching and guidance to managers on personnel matters, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Collaborate with leadership to analyze trends, strategize talent acquisition and retention
