Human Resources Generalist

Tegra Medical is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team at our Franklin, MA location.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities The HR Generalist performs duties at the professional level in some or all of the following function areas; sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and training. This position requires an extremely perceptive and organized person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization. The HR Generalist must be sensitive to employee and business needs.
Support employee training and development initiatives and identify external resources to expand training offeringsManage Medical leaves and WC casesHandle Employee Relations IssuesEnsure gap assessments of employee training requirements is reviewed on a regular basisAssesses training needs of the organization by collaborating with both employees and managementMaintain accurate training files and logs for complianceAssists with Onboarding talentAssists with facilitating Career FairsOversee summer internships and high school co-op programsProvide employee support relating to benefitsAssists with Open Enrollment and Benefit AdministrationAssists with Employee EventsKnowledge of all Federal and State Employment LawsAssists with other HR related functions as needed.Qualifications: 3-5 years of training or HR experience requiredExcellent organizational skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesAbility to work well in a fast-paced environmentStrong decision making abilitiesPossess good interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate effectivelyAbility to manage multiple prioritiesLevel of Skill, Education and Experience: BS or Associates degree in a related field or equivalent preferredPrevious HR experience requiredExperience with software such as: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, ADP and Adobe Acrobat.
