Role Summary:
As our Human Resources Director, you'll be instrumental in scouting, developing, motivating, and retaining our talented team. You'll be the champion of our workplace culture, offering robust support to our leadership and team members, facilitating our rapid growth and development. Your role encompasses all facets of human resources, from recruitment and retention to employee relations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, retention, and employee engagement, in partnership with senior leadership.
Offer comprehensive HR support across the organization, tackling complex issues and aiding employees, managers, and executives in areas such as recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, and more.
Collaborate with department managers to recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating policies as needed.
Spearhead initiatives for competitive employee benefits and manage annual enrollments.
Stay abreast of HR trends, regulatory changes, and best practices, implementing necessary policy and practice adjustments.
Utilize HRIS and talent management systems for organizational analysis and insights.
Oversee performance review processes and develop training programs for all levels of employees.
Serve as the go-to expert for standard HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Organize and execute special events, including company-wide meetings and team-building activities.
Manage system administration tasks related to access control, company assets, and policy compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Communication, or equivalent experience.
At least 10 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a generalist or business partner role.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with the leadership team.
Experience managing HR functions for a remote workforce across different regions.
Independent and collaborative working skills in both remote and office settings.
Excellent prioritization, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally (about 10%).
Preferred:
Familiarity with UKG/Kronos HR systems.
Experience with International PEOs and multi-state operations.
Flexibility to visit the Miamisburg office for operational and cultural events as needed.
