NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals is looking for a HR Director at our brand new Kalamazoo, MY location. NPH is the national leader in providing medical and neurobehavioral care to patients in acute psychiatric distress. You will be joining a team of rock star staff who provide exceptional, patient-centered care and understand our patients are always our number one priority! The HR Director will manage a human resources department, oversee administration of hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, and long-term staffing strategies. Responsibilities include development and administration of personnel rules and regulations, pay and job classification structure.

Bachelor's Degree in related field and a combination of knowledge and experience in Human Resources. Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Joint Comission preparation experience preferred.
