Minimum Training & Experience Possession of a bachelor's degree in human resources, business or public administration, marketing or a related field and three years of experience in human resources, marketing, personnel, program management, training and/or organizational development; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Salary Range $19.9955 to $54.2594/hourly. Hiring rate generally will not exceed $32.1827/hour
Driver's License Requirements Must possess a valid Class-E State driver's license at the time of appointment.
Additional Information This is a professional functional and technical support position that serves as a liaison between Human Resources & Workforce Development (HRWD), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, Technologies & Innovations (T&I) as well the various City departments.
The HRWD Spec II position will be responsible for the setup of laptops and other computer hardware to the HRWD staff, data cleanup utilizing PeopleSoft HRIS, creating and running queries as well as maintenance of HRWD programs that serve the City's workforce. The position performs work in coordination with other HRWD and ERP team members under the direction of the HRWD Program Coord II. Performance is reviewed through reports, feedback from customers, and observations of results obtained. This is not a remote position.
