Requirements
• Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree preferred• 1-2 years of human resources experience required• Ability to read and write English• Ability to work independently and use critical thinking skills• Attention to detail• Understanding and prior experience with HRMS computer systems used at UF Health Jacksonville• Strong knowledge of policies and procedures in general HR administration• Strong knowledge of The Joint Commission and other regulatory standards for HR file maintenance
