As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the administrative backbone of our HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processing across various human resources functions. This role offers the opportunity to engage deeply in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs. Collaborate with department heads to understand specific requirements, post job advertisements, organize job fairs, and manage initial applicant screening and interviews.
Onboarding: Guide new employees through the hiring process, from extending offers and negotiating salaries to conducting background checks and hosting orientation sessions to ensure a seamless integration into our team.
Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing support and guidance on company policies and procedures.
Training: Coordinate and monitor compliance with mandatory training requirements, facilitating scheduling and participation for all team members.
Documentation Management: Maintain impeccable personnel records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Manage data entry and audits within our Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, manage enrollments, terminations, and resolve claims, ensuring clear communication of benefits information to employees.
Regulatory Compliance: Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and ensure our practices are in alignment with federal, state, and local requirements.
Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning to keep up-to-date with HR practices and standards, maintaining high levels of professionalism and confidentiality.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher in a relevant field
At least one year of experience in human resources
Ability to relocate to or reside in Green Bay, WI upon starting
