Skills Required:

1+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role

Self-motivated and driven, look for solutions and impact without being asked twice.

Be curious and look to dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile.

Prefer experience in researching market trends and domain technology and seeking out information to have a solid understanding of the business.

Should ask for feedback and want to grow and develop in your career.

Problem solver: you think through problems and come up with innovative solutions and deliver them against tight deadlines.

Experience Required:

4+ years of overall work experience

Experience working with applicant tracking systems.

Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
