Role Overview:
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our HR operations, playing a crucial role in nurturing our organization's culture and supporting our team's needs. You'll handle a variety of tasks ranging from onboarding new team members to managing HR documentation with precision and care. Your efforts will ensure our staff feel welcomed, valued, and supported throughout their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management: From welcoming new hires with a seamless onboarding process to conducting thoughtful offboarding procedures, you'll ensure each phase of the employee lifecycle is handled with care and professionalism.
HR Support and Administration: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, manage employee records with confidentiality, and provide clerical support to the HR department, ensuring our operations run smoothly.
Benefits and Compliance: Oversee benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You'll also ensure our practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining our commitment to fairness and integrity.
Engagement and Culture: Contribute to a positive workplace culture by assisting in the planning and execution of special events that recognize and celebrate our team's achievements and milestones.
What We're Looking For:
2-3 years of experience in HR or a closely related field.
A strong foundation in HR practices and principles, with proficiency in HRIS and Google Suites.
Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on cultural competency and the ability to engage effectively across diverse groups.
A knack for handling sensitive information with discretion and a high degree of professionalism.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Comfort and adaptability in working remotely, with the self-motivation and discipline to manage your responsibilities effectively.
