Qualifications:-Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills-Excellent oral and written communication skills-Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)-Self-motivated, team player, adaptable, willing to learn-Previous customer service experience required-Previous Human Resources experience preferredLicense Requirements:-Must secure appropriate RI mandated gaming licensesEssential Job Functions:-Provide a high level of customer service by answering employee requests and questions,direct employees to the proper representative when needed.-Answer basic questions about benefits, policies and procedures, and other HR matters-Copying, filing, office organization, data entry, general correspondence-Assist applicants/HR Representatives with the new hire process to include all paperwork- Create employee personnel files-Production of monthly newsletter-Assists in carrying out various HR programs-Assigned special projects as needed-Other general duties as assigned

Physical/Mental Requirements:-Constantly use physical movements necessary for general office duties: standing, walking,balancing, eye-hand coordination, finger dexterity, handling, wrist motion, sitting, reaching,carrying, vision, hearing, stooping, and twisting-Constantly plan, follow directions, read, write, use math, discriminate colors, work atvarious tempos or work rapidly, concentrate, remember, attention to and observe details,use of ten key and personal computer-Constantly use mental alertness to achieve high level of accuracy in completing taskWorking Conditions:-Mostly indoors and generally climate-controlled environment-Will be exposed to noise, smoke, and odors-Working with others and independently
