About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative HR duties. In this role, you will support initiatives that help propel our mission forward, impacting communities around the globe. You will play a crucial part in the smooth operation of our HR department, ensuring that projects and processes from recruitment to retirement are handled with precision and care.
Responsibilities:
Address internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests, and assist with resolution.
Redirect HR calls or distribute correspondence to the correct team member.
Maintain comprehensive records of personnel-related data (e.g., payroll, personal info, leaves, turnover rates) in both paper form and our database, and ensure compliance with all legal employment requirements.
Support supervisors in performance management processes.
Organize and schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and other team activities.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars to facilitate continuous employee development.
Conduct orientations and onboarding sessions for new hires, and update records accordingly.
Generate and submit reports on general HR activity.
Participate in ad-hoc HR projects, such as collecting employee feedback.
Support various other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR coordinator or in a relevant human resources/administrative position.
Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
Experienced with HR databases and HRIS systems (e.g., Virtual Edge).
Comfortable using ATS software and familiar with social media recruiting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Work Schedule: This is a hybrid role with three days in the office and two days working remotely.
