Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, improving leadership capabilities, team effectiveness, and business performance.
Develop people strategies that support business goals and enhance organizational performance.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local HR regulations, including EEO, FMLA, and FLSA.
Analyze data to identify insights and implement both strategic and tactical HR interventions.
Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce, and succession planning.
Support the creation and definition of new roles, including conducting compensation analyses and developing competencies.
Promote and maintain our culture of high performance, accountability, ethics, and compliance.
Partner across HR functions to deliver value-added services that reflect the organizational objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
At least 5 years of progressive professional experience in human resources.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and handle complex issues.
Proven track record in employee relations and influencing at all levels within an organization.
Strong experience in change management and organizational development preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
This position is based in our modern headquarters in West Bend, WI, with some flexibility for remote work.
