The HRBP will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions including talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR policy development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description Key Responsibilities Coordinate with department leaders to build and maintain a competent workforce. Understand company's business and talent needs, analyze staffing levels to forecast workforce needs, and design effective strategies for sourcing, recruiting, and evaluating qualified job candidates. Use a variety of talent sources, technology, and recruiting methods to source and recruit qualified applicants. Review applications, liaise with job applicants, and use appropriate hiring methods to best evaluate a candidate's technical skills, fit, and alignment with the company's competencies and needs. Establish an employer value proposition and employment brand that supports the recruitment of high-quality job applicants. Develop a compensation strategy based on the parent company's pay philosophy and local talent market, conduct salary negotiations with prospective employees and continue improving the negotiation process. Design and implement compensation systems and benefit packages to attract and retain employees. Develop and oversee compensation and benefits philosophies, strategies, and plans that align with the company's strategic direction and talent needs. Coordinate PTO, insurance, payroll, and other employment-related benefits and services with service providers. Collect, compile and interpret compensation and benefits data to perform accurate job evaluations to improve compensation packages. Research external vendors, perform cost analysis and propose new service providers that can add or improve the employees' current benefits. Ensure the internal equity of compensation systems. Improve the relationship between employees and the company by handling questions, interpreting and administering HR policies and programs, and helping resolve work-related problems. Answer employee questions regarding the interpretation of company policies and procedures, benefits administration and payroll, and report employee feedback and concerns to management. Holistically monitor the company's metrics on employee attitudes, turnover and retention, and other information about employee engagement and retention. Help mitigate employment-related conflicts, and enhance the employee grievance and discipline processes. Provide recommendations for eliminating barriers to build a successful workplace with diversity, equity, and inclusion. Manage employees' performance and upskill employees to improve the whole company's competencies. Create strategies to develop talent and ensure the retention of knowledge. Design and communicate performance review programs with leaders and employees. Oversee the performance review process and provide support and training to underperforming employees. Perform realistic job and workforce analysis to understand the current competence level and competencies needed for future projects, research learning and development resources, suggest solutions, and promote the implementation of solutions. Provide prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits. Design and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new employees. Coordinate activities to help new employees better understand company policies and adapt to the company's environment. Design performance management programs for new employees and obtain performance feedback from department heads and team leaders. Develop and maintain HR corporate and general policies and procedures. Research company compliance with new or updated applicable employment laws regarding benefits administration and recruitment, and differentiate between government-mandated, government-provided, and voluntary benefit approaches. Update the employee handbook, compensation and benefits packages, and recruiting documentation on a regular basis in regard to the new regulations. Educate and advise leaders on HR-related legal and regulatory compliance issues Qualifications Master's degree or its equivalent in human resources management (HR) or a related field, PLUS 3 years of experience as HR Business Partner or in any postbaccalaureate HR occupation in which the required experience was gained. Experience providing comprehensive human resources support, including partnering with technical groups and implementing organizational development, growth, and change programs in a diverse business setting. Experience in analyzing talent-related data and providing insights, including point factor analysis, factor comparison, balanced scorecard, performance metrics, NPS, and RJP. Excellent professional and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in U.S. employment laws and regulations, including E-Verify, and completing IRS employment forms. Proficiency in using talent sourcing and recruiting tools. Experience in designing and executing self-funded and fully-insured benefits plans, including HSA, FSA, COBRA, and processing unemployment benefits. Additional Information Rate of Pay:
