The HR Business Partner (HRBP) brings HR services to remote SC Fuels sitesResponsible for HR policy and practice alignment, team member relations, and HR and benefits administrationManages employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management

Responsibilities
• Act as main point of contact for HR-related inquiries• Collaborate with On-Site leadership to solve HR problems• Create and present Performance Correction Notices• Administer organization's annual performance review process• Provide action plan and support for performance management initiatives• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws• Conduct management training courses• Encourage employee recognition and engagement• Lead internal investigation procedures• Assist with acquisitions and divestitures• Develop reports and present data to Executive Committee• Manage organization's exit process• Maintain employee files and records• Plan and execute company-related events• Complete various assigned projects
Requirements
• 4+ years of HR related experience• 2+ years of conflict resolution experience• Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma required
