Apply today to join our team and become a part of our mission!  The ideal candidate for this position is a Business Partner who will help in all aspects of Human Resources. They will be responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to an organization's personnel. Their duties include developing recruitment strategies, implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll and behavior and onboarding new employees.
It is expected that the ideal HRBP will also be supporting from employee relations to payroll to compliance issues, the HR department helps ensure that our organization runs smoothly and accordingly.
Proven experience in the following areas:
Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently. Assess reports provided by the HR team, team leaders and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needs. Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives. Update policy and procedures for Safety and Health guidelines for employees. Attend interdepartmental meetings with other managers. Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Administer compensation and benefit plans. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form. Ensure compliance with labor regulations. Good knowledge of employment/labor laws. Excellent communication and people skills. Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach. Other job duties as assigned. Data driven, excellent verbal and written communicator with all levels of personnel and customers outside the organization. Acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Detailed oriented required to handle large volumes of work simultaneously. Essential skills include:
Bilingual - speak, read, and write in English and Spanish Bachelor's degree from college or university in careers like psychology, administration, industrial engineering, and other relevant careers . At least 8-10 years' experience or more in a similar role. Experience with Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software, google Suite products. Effective verbal and written communication skills At least 8 years of experience utilizing a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations: able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations.  Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning. Knows how to prioritize tasks and delegate them when necessary. Acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Motivates and works great in as a team.
