Responsibilities
• Provide daily support to the HR Director and assist with the recruitment process• Maintain the HR Director's outlook calendar and prioritize appointments• Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding training information to new hires• Conduct pre-employment and random drug testing• Coordinate trainings, personnel files, and employment verifications• Research, compile, and coordinate projects as requested• Review reports and documents and summarize findings
Requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products• Strong administrative, organizational, and coordination skills• Great customer service and problem-solving skills• 1 year of administrative or clerical support experience• Minimum High School Diploma
