Responsibilities
• Assisting with the hiring process (posting ads, scheduling interviews, processing new hire paperwork/I9's).• Assisting with maintaining credentials for all staff (licenses, certifications, CPR cards, etc.).• Processing payroll, tracking time punches, making corrections to timecards, reviewing time off requests.• Processing terminations and ensuring return of company property.• Managing the Trip Reduction Program and providing incentives to participants.• Maintaining and updating HRIS with personnel changes.
Requirements
• 3-5 years Human Resources or Payroll Experience.• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.• PHR or SPHR certification required within 12 months.• Previous experience using HRIS system such as Paycom is a plus, but training provided.
