Responsibilities
• Support HRC leadership in establishing the HRC agile organization• Lead teams of squads to develop solutions to key HR missions• Ensure squads are resourced and empowered to achieve their mission• Resolve impediments and blockers faced by squads• Optimize HR solutions and integrate them into digital format• Support implementation of products and features• Engage with stakeholders and accelerate connection with solutions• Embody Microsoft's culture and values
Requirements
• 10+ years experience with HR or business programs/processes• 5+ years experience leading agile scrum squads• 2+ years experience leading agile change within an organization• Scrum master certification• Experience running agile operating model• 5-10 years organization change experience• Experience leading agile organization change within HR• Experience working in tech, business, or HR agile teams• 5 years people leadership experience
